SERVICE AGREEMENT
 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
 
This Internet Web page Designing Service Contract entered into by and between:
     BIBLE INSTITUTE FOR THE DEAF        with Head Office at        Mainta, Valenzuela City    
and represented by             REV. ELLEN  CASTILLO       ,      Principal        herein after called the CLIENT:
 

and the
 
      MANILA CHRISTIAN COMPUTER INSTITUTE FOR THE DEAF, INC.     with official
Address at     4447D Old Sta. Mesa Sta., Sta. Mesa, Manila      led by their    teacher/coordinator,  
   MR. ERVIN R. REYES  , and represented by:
 
1. MR. ALDRIN D. GABRIEL - Leader/Design
2. MR. JOHN VICTOR V. AMOS - Member
3. MR. RONALD JOSEF C. SANTIAGO - Member
4. MR. EZEKIEL JAPSAY - Member
5. MS. GEMMA V. DEINLA - Member

 
herein after called the WEB PAGE DESIGNER.
 
* That the WEB PAGE DESIGNER shall design a static web page for the CLIENT free of charge;
 
* That the purposes  of designing a web age of the a CLIENT are to:
a. Help cash-strapped institutions for the deaf to put up their web sites;
b. Serve as a training ground for MCCID students in creating web sites; and to
c. Encourage awareness on the significance of internet to promote their institutions
 

           That if after the expiration of this contract, the CLIENT (Bible Institute for the Deaf) whishes to continue with the service, the WEB PAGE DESIGNER through their leader/designer, is given the full authority and responsibility in providing the service at a cost depending on the agreement that they will enter into.
